DONATE ANY AMOUNT BELOW:   All proceeds will go toward building an artesian well in Madulo, located in Chicualacuala in Mozambique, Africa! The region, Chicualacuala, has not seen a good rain in 13 years! The rivers have dried up due to lack of regular rainfall. People drink a milky water collected from a hole in the dry bed of the river bottom that gives 20 liters of water per day for an entire family. Help us change this reality by running/walking with us to bring clean water to Madulo! It is back! Last semester was a huge success! Kids, Parents and volunteers loved the program! Faith in Children’s FREE Mindfulness Education Program (Separated by age groups 4-19 yrs). What is Mindfulness? A moment to moment awareness. Our Classes include: Yoga, Meditation (including positive affirmation, tapping AKA emotional freedom technique, and visualization). Sound Meditation, Mindfulness Practices, Art Theater, and Art Therapy. Practicing mindfulness improves attention, reduces stress and anxiety, helps students with cognitive and academic growth. It increases one’s ability to regulate emotions, feel compassion and empathy. And, Fruit will be served!
